We come into this world without a manual or a handbook on how to get it right, we have to navigate our way which at times can prove difficult, can be exhausting, and we can feel like we are getting it so wrong! However it is so important to know, there is no wrongness in this, no weakness, no failure it is just part of the experience and anyway how much fun would it be if we all got it Right all of the time?? Not Much !!!! I think we would get bored pretty fast. And What is “getting it right” ??? we hold ourselves to such high demands and standards that it is no wonder we feel stressed. On the flipside of always trying to get it right is the Fear of getting it wrong which can paralyze us from taking any action at all, resulting is us feeling inadequate, not as good as everybody else. These are all perceptions, stories that we create in our mind, creating stress, anxiety, insomnia and a host of other non-contributing illnesses of the mind, which then can lock into our bodies as dis-ease resulting in disease. We inherit physical illness, we create physical illness and our bodies require care and attention. It is important that we have a balanced approach to our physical health and our Well-Being. The medical profession is vital to assisting and contributing to your health and your recovery, medications are necessary and have played a major role in all of us having better health and longer lives.
