Hatha Yoga Class
A Sivananda Style Classic Yoga class consisting of Pranayama (breath work) Asana ( postures) and Yoga Nidra (Relaxation) Suitable for all levels of ability, even absolute beginners. For Strength, Peace and Fitness.
Yoga Shred Style HIIT
A 25 mins class with the same punch as an hour in the gym and it keeps your metabolism lit for hours afterwards. Health benefits include the lowering of blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugar and body fat ..and the increase in oxygen consumption .ideal for Yogis on the go!
Flow Style Yoga
An hour long Flow Yoga class, where one Asana (pose) gently flows into the next focusing on building core strength. Ideal for Yogis who love to keep moving.
Back Rehab Yoga
A Yoga class specifically for building strength and improving the overall condition of the back. If you have back issues, this class is for you.
